You may already be familiar with some of our previous collaborations with Jason Belmonte. From the PRO-Motion™ came the reputable Piston Core, a fantastically balanced shape that works for almost everyone and with any layout you can imagine. And to expand upon the ball motion already created by this phenomenal core shape, we explored a wide variety of coverstock options to create the most powerful ball ever in the Signature™ Line. To showcase the backend potential, we selected several variations of the Reactor™ family of coverstocks as they are the most responsive in the industry. As we worked through testing, it was clear that R2S was the best option for this one! “You want better carry? Then you need angle into the pocket. The Trend is what you have been waiting for,“ said Jason Belmonte. And no matter what your rev rate or how many hands you use to bowl, the Trend will give you a quicker response, more defined breakpoint, just what you need for better carry.

The Piston core brings with it months of testing and validation in conjunction with the best player of our time: Jason Belmonte. Developed specifically for his line, the Piston Core creates separate helical archs that make the shape corkscrew as it tumbles. You can see the channels on the sides of the Piston Core and the large band through the equator which displaces the mass in a very specific way.

R2S is synonymous with some of the most successful balls in recent history like the Hy-Road, Frantic, and the IQ Tour. It is renowned for clearing the front part of the lane with an unprecedented movement on the backend. The consistency of this shell through the heads is something to be marveled at.

Effective March 30, 2022, these balls models are prohibited from use in USBC national tournaments, including, but not limited to, the USBC Masters, U.S. Open, USBC Open Championships, USBC Women's Championships, all PWBA Tour events, USBC Junior Gold and Youth Open Championships, USBC Intercollegiate Championships, USBC Team USA Trials, USBC Senior Masters and USBC Senior Queens.

These ball models remain USBC approved. Each USBC competition, whether tournament or league, has the option to adopt USBC's national tournament rule prohibiting use of these balls or to continue to allow their use.
