Refund policy
We offer a 60 day money back guarantee with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will be happy to refund or exchange unopened, undrilled, unworn products within 30 days. Returned product must include the vendor packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as when received. Damaged items can be serviced via manufacturer's warranty, see Warranty Claims below.
Returns within 60 Days:
- Free returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery, except for bowling balls and roller bags, which are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns After 60 Days:
- Returns received 60-90 days after delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee (25% of the cost of the item(s) returned).
- Returns received after 90 days will incur a 40% restocking fee (40% of the cost of the item(s) returned).
Special Conditions for Returns:
- Shoes: Shoes that have been worn or have dirty soles will incur a 40% restocking fee. Shoes must be tried on at home, on carpet, to maintain their returnable condition.
- Packaging: Products returned without their original packaging or with damaged packaging will incur a 40% restocking fee.
- Manufactured Boxes: Returns in boxes that have been taped, written on, or have a shipping label attached will incur a 40% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom items, including bowling balls, pins, and apparel with a name added, may not be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Closeout shoes cannot be returned. Other closeout items may be returned for store credit only; no refunds will be issued.
- CheapBowlingBalls is not responsible for bad color mixtures of bowling balls. If there is a bad color mixture, the ball can be exchanged for another exact item, but the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Plastic Bowling Balls:
- Manufacturers no longer offer warranties on plastic balls weighing 10 lbs. or less with an adult-size drilling. Urethane balls, which are now available down to 8 lbs., are more durable and covered under warranty for adult-size drilling. For assistance in selecting the correct ball, call us at 1-937-559-1541 between 11-7 EST.
Unauthorized Package Refusal:
- If you are not authorized by CheapBowlingBalls to refuse a package containing the exact items ordered, you will be responsible for delivery and return charges.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it. If the return is in satisfactory condition, a refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 7 days for return processing.
Warranty Claims:
- Warranty claims will be handled via email to save shipping costs. To initiate a claim, please provide clear photos of the issue so we can submit them to the manufacturer for approval. If the manufacturer requires the product to be sent back, the customer must cover all shipping costs. Items will not ship out until shipping charges are paid in full.
How to submit a Return Request
- Log in to your account.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
