Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For orders shipping to U.S. territories, Canada, or Mexico, available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

If your order is shipping to Canada or Mexico, you are responsible for paying all applicable import duties and taxes upon delivery.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure fast and dependable delivery. With 11 warehouses nationwide, we offer some of the fastest shipping times in the industry.

  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • UPS charges a $23.50 fee for address corrections. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, and ZIP code.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same day, provided all items are in stock.
  • Special requests may impact same-day shipping.
  • Orders containing Innovative and OnTheBall products ship directly from the manufacturer and are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays caused by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
