Most manufacturers' warranties do not cover cracking during drilling, and pro shops are not liable for drilling mistakes or defects in the ball. That's where we step in!

Plan Details:

• The ball must be purchased from CheapBowlingBalls.com.
• Drilling must be completed within 14 days of receiving the ball (Extended to Feb 1 for purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas).
• Protection must be purchased before drilling.
• Clear pictures of the damaged ball and a copy of the drilling receipt are required for inspection.
• We cover the shipping cost to send your replacement ball back to you!
